When will my order arrive?

Production time is 1 - 2 days* and the shipping time is 2 - 5 business days*

*There are holiday exceptions. As will most online stores (even the biggest one), because of heavy demand, delivery times may be extended during the holidays. Please review our shipping policy for more details.

Do you accept refunds, exchanges, or returns?

The reason returns, refunds or exchanges are not accepted is because Just A Mug To Say^TM mugs do not physically exist until after they are ordered. Nothing in our store is premade. Because of this, we consider every order a custom order. And custom orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes. Our mugs are both microwave and dishwasher safe. However, to extend the quality of the design image, consider washing by hand in warm water.  

Is your site secure?

Yes. Our store is on the e-commerce platform Shopify and is secured by an SSL certificate that encrypts the data to ensure online transactions are secure.
